Best sales experience – I have had the best experiences with Ashley at the 82nd location. He has helped numerous friends and family of mine over the last 9 years. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always gives us the best deals. I have never felt more comfortable with any other sales representative anywhere else. I would highly recommend if you need an appliance, mattress or television you go see him.
Great salesman... Great company... Easy process... – Another successful purchase! I've been buying from Ashley Burdine and Standard TV & Appliance for the last 10 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about both of them. Great business! – Okay, so I have needed a new refrigerator for quite some time... My Son told me about a friend of his that worked for Standard TV & Appliance so I decided to try my luck with them. I was not disappointed. Jason (my salesman) was able to beat the price I had been quoted for a particular model, by one of your competitors, and also worked in free delivery and pickup of my old unit. He was amazing! Glad that I took my business here and will continue to do business in the future!
My husband and I finally had to replace our old TV. The new technology was very confusing. We stopped at Standard TV and were helped by a very knowledgable young man by the name of Jason Gattman. He helped us sort out what everything meant and what would be most useful for us. So many choices! And it cost less than we had feared. He even answered our hook up questions when I called him from our home. Thank you Jason.
Standard TVand Appliance store – After buying a new bed, having the wrong one delivered, and sleeping on the couch for 3 nights 'til the other place came to pick it up, I went to StandardTV&A on 82nd in Portland. Happy customer – My husband had to have a new T.V. for football season. He took me to Standard T.V. and appliance on 82nd. I was the tough customer. Jason Gattman was our sales person and after considering many options and features we found THE T.V. and after checking the price (We couldn't have made a better deal anywhere) I was very happy with the service and knowledge of all the electronics that Jason showed us. I just wish I could block the sports channels..... I think I'll call Jason!
Great Help – There are a lot of choices to make when purchasing appliances and there are a number of retailers offering the same products ... with competitive prices. My advice? Consider what happens after you make the purchase. Does the store offer servicing? What about extended warranties? Does the business have a history in the area (and a reputation to uphold)? Fantastic Customer Service – L and I bought a new HD TV on Saturday from Jason G at Standard TV & Appliance. Jason was very helpful in answering questions and helping us choose the TV for us. We picked up the HD cable box from Comcast, came home and set it all up. Well, L did, actually, not me. The next day L had to go to work and I couldn't get it to work. It said "no cable connection".
