Great Customer Service - Order through Delivery – We order a tremendous amount of appliances annually and Standard TV and Appliance offers great customer service and pricing. Delivery and Setup Driver Darnell gets my vote for best delivery person in this industry.
Ashley Burdine Rocks! – We had an extremely positive experience at the Portland Standard TV and Appliance. My sales person, Ashley Burdine, was very knowledgable about the products. Awesome experience!! – We have bought many appliances in the past, but have never had as good an experience shopping for them as we did at Standard. We were helped by 2 extremely nice women, Lois and Kelly. I cannot express how much we enjoyed shopping here.
Bad Customer Service – We bought a double stack washer and dryer. From Standard T V on 82nd. Ave. In Portland. We also bought another washer and dryer At the same place. Front load washer and dryer. Has been nothing but problems. We have had it for about 4 months. And have had the repair man out 3 times to fix it. I have spoken to Lois. With no relief. I spoke with the Service manager. (Tye). stinky rotten food – we bought over $3500 worth of appliances, washer and dryer range, refer,dishwasher, let me tell you about the dishwasher, after 4 techs out to fix it, it still isnt anygood, after the wash there is still food under the lip of the door, ive complained a number of times and with no luck in getting the problem resolved, this cant be sanitary it even smells at times ,like rotten food, but doesnt seem to bother standard brands, they got there money.even before it was delivered, never again will i ever shop at... read more
