Worst SERVICE in HISTORY!! – Let me start this out by saying, I have been managing properties (both commercial/residential for over 10yrs). I have literally dealt with 100's of vendors on 1,000's of repairs during my career; some great, some not so great, and some just so horrible that I cannot believe they're still in business. Service and Selection – I walked in this store and was amazed, greeted from the start. My salesperson knew all about the products and even saved me more money by showing me a clearance item, which I bought. The delivery team was fast and efficient. I cant wait to have my dishwasher installed next week. My wife is going to be so HAPPY!
Gotta Love Local Businesses! – I had multiple problems with the compressor in my refrigerator. The service department was always great at returning my phone calls and trying to help with a solution. Ultimately, Standard TV & Appliance came through for me. This is a great example of why I use local businesses for my personal and professional referrals. They stand behind their products and their customers.
they know their products... – I’ve recently purchased a Sony 46” LED TV from Standard TV and Appliance. I found the salespeople very knowledgeable and approachable. Jason and Matt took their time to explain every function and the pros and cons of the different types of TVs to both my husband and I. Their insight was essential in helping us decide which TV to purchase. Great shopping experience.
A "how to" on how NOT to do business... – Dishwasher Repair: 1. No show @ agreed upon time. 2. 4 hours late, next day after no-show 3. Parts confirmed to have arrived in service department, twice by me. 4. Called day-of installation to inform me parts hadn't arrived. You do the math.
Great Place to Shop – After moving into a new house, I needed to replace the range and the dishwasher as the one left behind by the previous owner was unusable. Not as advertised – Everytime we have needed a major appliance, we start out with a visit to Standard. We want very much to support locally owned businesses. But nearly every time, we end up with Sears, H.D. or Best Buy. Whether it's the price or delivery charges, someone else beats them. While the associates are initially helpful, once they sense we are careful shoppers, they tend to disappear. And their website is sooooo slooooow.
Great selection!! Good prices and great service – I have had a great experience with Standard TV and Appliance. I am a new home owner and had to purchase my own appliances. I needed a washer and dryer, a range, and refrigerator. I had researched everything and had very specific ideas for what I was looking for ( I even had the model numbers). BEWARE!!! Place is a ripoff – If you want to pay for the commercials on TV - go ahead. They advertised "scratch & dent" but when you go there they say they only have new. NO DEALS. Please compare with retail prices at Home Depot, Lowes, & Sears. They (Standard TV) mark them up like a jewelry store and mark them down only 15 percent.
