Staff are nice however like most pubs can be rowdy 😜
Today myself and two friends called at the Stags Head for lunch. 2 coronation jacket potatoes and 1 panini coronation chicken ordered. My jacket potato was not cooked so it was left. I ate the chicken and the salad. I explained the dilemma, l was not offered another or a replacement. To be truthful l had gone off the idea of the potato by now. A great place for Receptions as today Armed Forces Day.
Popped in for a pint with the dogs as it was just opposite the chippy. Immediately made to feel very welcome by staff and the locals. Told us we could let the dogs off the lead and the little horrors went behind the bar think they were the stars of the evening getting cuddles from everyone. Joined in with the banter and didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back
Absolutely brilliant, food was amazing, there home made coleslaw is the best I ever had, staff are brilliant.
