Nice place great haircut by Lucy
Waited 25 minutes only to be told they are appointment only so had to leave without a haircut. Complete waste of time. Why not tell people when they arrive? I appreciate that mistakes happen but they clearly didn’t care. My advice is book ahead or, even better, go elsewhere!
