Speedy and curteous check in process. Prompt and professional care from Dr. Kumar and the nurse for the hip injection I received under the floroscope. Just needed a bullet to bite on for the final part of the procedure. No reservations about having this bum hip replaced in January at Mercy in Chelsea.
Best experience!! Friendly helpful staff. Very attentive to all my needs! Clean and quiet rooms,very comfortable. Definitely come back here again if need to!!
HUGE shout out to the staff at Dr. Creg Carpenters office!!! We all know Doctors and Nurses make the worlds worst patients! Myself included! So if I'm calling a doctors office, It means I've self diagnosed myself a while back and just talked myself into sucking it up as long as I can stand it...... the call means I concede..... Creg and his PA, Becky Turner have helped me yet again! So I'll give another amazing review! I have complete trust in them as providers! �
I would recommend St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea's cancer clinic to anyone! The staff is great! They listen to my concerns.
Not very happy how we were treated by a nurse after sitting there for almost 2 hrs still not seeing nurse, doctor was there before her had to find our nurse just needed ice and she said it would be a while I said should I go to store and buy some ice
Dr Creg Carpenter performed a knee replacement on me. In less than 24 hours I have seen him twice. The nursing staff is top notch, someone responds to the call light almost immediately. Everyone here has been amazing.
