Horrible service in the ER!!!!I would never reccomend this hospital to anyone!!
Short staffed, no communication, not taking care of guests. We may not been top of the ladder in ER but my husband was not asked if he wanted a blanket or water or anything. I had to ask. Said doctor should be in within an hour because they were busy and after an hour still nothing. Told us it would be soon and then again another hour has gone by. Asked to be discharged and won’t be coming here anymore. I have had some good experiences and bad here and this is another bad. Time for U of M!
RecommendedI had out patient surgery today. I had never been there before and I was very impressed. Kind efficient organized staff. Highly recommended. Thank you for all that was done for me.

The got me in and out within 4 hours and helped me feel a thousand times better. Better than I can say about most hospital emergency rooms
You are never left more than 5 minutes without being checked on. The staff is very friendly and kind. If the dr. orders a test and they know that you have been waiting for the results to figure out what is wrong. If you have to stay there your never left in the ER they get you right into your room.
I just finished my radiation treatment for breast cancer and I couldn't ask for a kinder, more pleasant group of professionals. They are truly amazing people. Thanks for such great care.
