I will never recommend your hospital. I did not have a good experience recently. I am very upset with many levels of your facility. I used to have a great respect for your hospital. Not anymore.
Went to ER and they diagnosed me wrong, this only delayed my correct diagnosis further. will never go back
Triage is horrible. My son waited well over 2 hours for a Doctor to put his dislocated shoulder back in place. I begged them to pop it back in as the longer it stays out the worse it gets. They let him sit in excruciating pain for over two hours. I wouldn't bring my dog to this hospital!!!
Daughter on the headache unit. Wonderful communication. The staff is great. Nurse Hannah is super. Highly recommend this place.
I am a ' frequent flier' here because I have such bad migraines. The staff is always compassionate, attentive and gets me in and out quickly even when they are busy!! I'd like to give a shout out to my care givers today, triage nurse, Ali, primary nurse Angela and PA, Mike. Oh, and Security guard, Bill for telling Ali to keep an eye one me! Just exceptional care every time! Thanks to all of you tonight! ❤
The staff was rude and not helpful in any way. They lied straight to my face many times.
The ER is worth the drive, the staff is kind and helpful and unlike Jackson’s ER they weren’t judgmental and dismissive of my son who has a complicated health history and saved his life instead of sending home like they did at HFA.
