They released my 79 year old father way too soon! He had major back surgery and they sent him home after 48 hours when he was running a temperature, hadn't had a bm, needs two people to get him out of bed and to stand up. During the night he pressed the call button and hollered out for help to go to the bathroom, no one responded and he was left in his own urine for over an hour. After this experience, I wouldn't let my dog stay there for one hour!
My dad goes here once every 6-8 months to get radioactive nerve burns in his head. I love how everyone is caring, and polite. Every time we come here it’s always a great environment.
My husband, Jack, was recently hospitalized at Chelsea and received outstanding care from the ER, ICU, and to Step down unit. Many thanks to the staff who cared for him. As a family member, I too received kindness and thoughtfulness from everyone.
