Let's be honest, the cocktail sauce is spicy. And while I can get behind spicy sauce, it definitely overpowered the shrimp. But that's not why I was there... steak is what brought me in. And it was perfect. I had the 14oz ribeye and it was excellent.

Like a lot of long-time popular places, St. Elmo's has lost a little of its edge over time. The steak was very good, but did not come out very hot. Good chopped salad, but tough bacon pieces. Great service, as usual. Great atmosphere.

Good service. I enjoyed their Signature Manhattan, which featured Journeyman bourbon 🥃 (a nice surprise from a great little Three Oaks, Michigan distillery). Shrimp cocktail was excellent. Steak was perfect. Great wine (Peju Cabernet Sauvignon 2013). I have always had positive experiences at St. Elmo's.

My wife and I went to St. Elmo on our 35th wedding Anniversary. We both loved the Shrimp cocktails and potent sauce. We shared the large bone in filet and it was grilled to perfection. They gave us a special table, Anniversary card, and cream brûlée for dessert. No rush and a wonderful atmosphere. Really Great dining experience. Our waiter Rick was the best ever

Our ribeye was the most delicious steak we've ever had. The wedge salad (can you say bacon) was fantastic, and if you love horseradish (we both do)... the shrimp cocktail is outstanding. Our waiter was spot on. A visit to St. Elmo's is a must for any meat lover. Only wish my dad & mon could have experienced it.

Great place to eat. Food is good. You pay for the atmosphere. I can get a steak about as good for less than half price at alot of other steakhouses but none have the atmosphere this one does. Plus the shrimp cocktail is like none other. And if you got room the desserts are excellent.
