Totally worth the trip to Indianapolis! The service was impeccable, food delightful and ambiance excellent. Highly recommended.
Was really disappointed with the 22 oz prime rib. Was not cooked to our liking-had asked for medium. It was raw and cold near the bone and tough throughout. Horseradish was weak not hot enough. Service was good otherwise. Will never order that steak again and not too sure if I will return.
A great steak house should offer great steaks. Forget the reputation, forget the wine list, forget the ambiance. How are the steaks? At St. Elmo, they rank with the best in the U.S. Period. And I can say that because I have been to all the other places on the top ten lists. They have a great wine list, service was top notch, sides were incredible, but most importantly...the steaks were amazing.

Had a ribeye good flavor alot of grisel not that good for a $38 stele should of gotten the filet

Apologies the ribeye wasn't up to expectations. Filet never changes but a ribeye is different every time. Sometimes the best steak you've ever had, sometimes it leaves you wishing you got a filet.
Amazing Food! Utterly Amazing Service! We came back again to make it a tradition. Jordan our server was extremely professional and we will be stopping back every chance we get!
Off the charts one of the best meals I've ever had.

Worth a trip to Indianapolis! I've been eating at St. Elmo's every 500 Race weekend for the past twenty years. Ask for Glenn; best server I've ever had anywhere.
My son's and daughter-in-law treated me to dinner at St. Elmo Steak House. For me it was wonderful. The staff so kind, the food..superb. I must say I will always remember my first dinner there and hopefully many more.
