I flew in from CA to join my Board of Directors at St. Elmo's last weekend to celebrate the Christmas holiday. If there is any reason to leave temperatures in the mid-70's to temps in the single digits, St. Elmo's is well worth the visit. My 18 oz dry-aged boneless ribeye was cooked to perfection.
