This place is such a joke. The front desk people are always rude but today the lady had a special attitude and decided not to let me see my son because she said I was rude to her which is not within her rights. She just created a lawsuit for herself. These are a bunch of dumb hillbilly’s who think they can treat everyone terrible because they are the first person in their family to have a GED. It’s embarrassing how unprofessional this hospital is. Openly talking about politics? Not enforcing masks? In a pandemic???? This is a hospital filled with vulnerable people.

I went to the emergency room with a shoulder strain, they brought me to room that looked like it was intended for a psych patient, no doctor was on duty so I had to see a nurse practitioner. Then they brought me for XRays even though I questioned they need for this. After this I was given a script for anti inflammatories and no pain relief. Then I get billed $1200 for the experience, a further $200 for the doctor I never seen and am told radiology will also send me a bill. RecommendedThe ladies who work at the front desk are friendly and courteous to everyone. When I get taken to the exam room the nurse is caring and the Doctor takes her time to listen to my concerns and helps me.
