I went to the emergency room with a shoulder strain, they brought me to room that looked like it was intended for a psych patient, no doctor was on duty so I had to see a nurse practitioner. Then they brought me for XRays even though I questioned they need for this. After this I was given a script for anti inflammatories and no pain relief. Then I get billed $1200 for the experience, a further $200 for the doctor I never seen and am told radiology will also send me a bill. I am disgusted and would rather suffer that set foot... read more

Hi, Graham. Thank you for reaching out. Please give our patient experience team a call at (859) 301-5581, and we'd be happy to speak with you more about this.
The ladies who work at the front desk are friendly and courteous to everyone. When I get taken to the exam room the nurse is caring and the Doctor takes her time to listen to my concerns and helps me.

They treat you like an individual, you don't feel rushed, and you can even e-mail your doctor. It is small, yes, but that doesn't take away from its excellence.

I had my Wellness Exam with Dr. Engel in Bellevue. The nurses were kind and patient, and Dr. Engel was very thorough. I love that the whole staff is always willing to take the time to listen.

I had my visit with Dr. Lindsay Pattison last week and it was great! The entire staff is so welcoming and caring. I highly recommend St. Elizabeth Neurology at Crestview Hills!
It is shame that those working the front desk feel It is appropriate talk about their conceal and carry and the large Trump sign in her yard preventing the person assisting me to ask me to repeat myself.
The hospital in Covington, Ky. have very nice people and really seem to care for you. The parking is nice as well, no hassles.
Business response:
