I love the staff at the cancer care. They go beyond what they have to do to make you feel comfortable.
The professionalism of the staff from registration to Drs.and nurses far exceeds that of some other hospitals in the northern ky area.I had a fractured wrist and was attended to in a compassionate and professional manner that helped me tremendously.A hospital I visited for this fracture in Cynthania was so unprofessional that I had to read my own X-Ray. Never again! I'd go to a veterinarian first.
This hospital is a joke. You go in there to get help with problems you are having. You wait around forever. They don't update you with what is going on and they send you home diagnosed with something that has nothing to do with why you are there.
The doctor's at the hospital are great. They listen, have compassion and have a great bedside manner. Most of the nurses are outstanding. However, on my last visit to the hospital I was treated very rudely by a student nurse. She rolled her eyes at me and spoke to me very rudely. When I confronted her in front of the nurse that was in the room she denied the way she treated me and I never received an apology. Worst experience at the hospital I ever encountered.
Last March my end was near. All the Staff ROCKED.
Saved my life twice. Thank you Dr. Yelich! I would not be here today if not for the top notch Staff.
