It was terrible and the lady that was helping me was not nice at all
The nurses in the ER this morning were completely unprofessional. Very rude, and was talking very loudly about other patients and their situations in the hallway with no regard to privacy. This is NOT ok. I wonder how many people got to listen to why I was taken there.
The staff at this hospital should be ashamed for the lack of care they give their patients. I went to the emergency room because I was experiencing chest pains and while I was waiting an elderly couple came in .The husband of the elderly lady was trying to explain that his wife was scared and she couldn't breath. They told him to sit her in a chair and that he couldn't be there with her due to covid 19 .He said I understand that but she's scared and she can't breath .They made him leave and she sat there for 15 minutes gaspi... read more
If you’re epileptic and want to be treated like a criminal and drug addict after you have a seizure, this is the place for you. If you’re normal and want to be treated like a regular person, I’d go anywhere else before even considering this place
https://m.facebook.com/story.php… watch this. this is what they did to my friend after they just diagnosed her with pneumonia. looks like the link won't work. they made her sit outside, in the cold, to wait on her ride after just being diagnosed with pneumonia. this happened overnight/ early morning on 11/12/20.
RecommendedTerry Foster is well known across the board at St. Elizabeth, but this evening I got a glimpse to why... Tonight as I sit with my daughter in the hallway of the ER due to an allergic reaction, he walks past and offers her a blanket. He wasn't our nurse but offered and she denied. He went on his way...but returned down our hallway again but stopped at the blanket warmer and gave us a warm blanket 'just in case'. ST. ELIZABETH overcharged me for 3 copays and now they refuse to refund my money! They're pulling out a 10 YEAR OLD BILL stating I owe them money. It's not reflected in my account anywhere and I even filed bankruptcy years ago that should have covered that. SHAME ON YOU, ST. ELIZABETH, FOR DOING THIS TO SOMEONE DURING THIS PANDEMIC. SOMEONE WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS THAT HAS A HARD ENOUGH TIME PAYING THEIR MEDICAL BILLS. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!
