RecommendedWait time is reasonable considering the extra steps they need to go thru with Covid. Andrea MA is always nice and gets me checked in quickly. Dr Dragan listens and addresses concerns and doesn’t rush you thru your appointment. All the office staff are polite and efficient.
RecommendedI stayed at the Florence location for 3 days. The emergency room and every nurse that took care of me was phenomenal. I came in extremely ill and all hands on deck helped me ASAP and get my results ASAP. The hospital was full so I spent about 18 hours in the Er before going to an actual room. Dr. Daliwahl has a terrible bedside manner and does not explain anything. He discharged me with a fever and my whole floor was basically evacuated at once for whatever reason.
