My husband is here much longer than we ever expected. All the personnel have been wonderful in providing both care and concern to both of us. The nursing staff in ICU have been a real solice during this stressful time. The manager of the nursing staff, Rosa Vittitoe, took up the gauntlet when an issue came up that needed escalation. She prevented the situation from becoming a customer dissatifer. We specifically chose to come to Ft. Thomas for the location convenience, and will continue to do so.
