My wife found the used car of dreams and was told what the price was. I drove it and liked it a day later. When I showed up to take the car to have it looked at by our mechanic that price was nearly $1000.00 higher. Classic bait and switch bullshit. Do not go there! They wasted our time. SAD!

Great people, great service. Max, Adam, and Steven were all top notch.
I took my car in for a routine oil change and because St Charles Toyota does complete inspections, I found out I needed brake work. The technician kept me informed the whole time as to what needed to be done to fix the problem. St Charles Toyota knows the history of my car and I trust them to keep it in good shape.

Made an appointment to test drive a car after expressing great interest. They sold the car an hour before the appointment. That is not how you make or keep customers.
