Absolutely a pleasure dealing with St Charles Toyota. They were efficient, friendly, easy to transact business with and gave me an excellent deal. If you want to purchase a Toyota this is clearly the place to buy. This is my second purchase from them and yes I bought another Sienna.
Just left this dealership after having a rattle under my Highlander checked. Customer service rep Stephanie Anderson was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. I was impressed. BTW this is my third vehicle from here, all relatively trouble-free (the rattle turned out to be a simple fix--which makes sense because it's a Toyota ;-)
Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Got a great deal on a 2016 Highlander. No pressure at all. They gave a great deal right up front. Looked at Toyota of Naperville, what a joke. Waste of time. I've been buying cars for 40 years, best experience to date at St. Charles Toyota!
They couldn't get me taken care of. But Chevy could get me in a 4,000 more expensive vehicle at the rate I was looking to pay a month. I pick up my brand new fully loaded Chevy Traverse tomorrow night. Amazing the Chevy could do what Toyota couldn't. Oh well there lose.

The sales staff did a great job showing and explaining the vehicles. However once you settle on a price its the typical car dealership nonsense. The financing games begin. Try to bring a check from a FDIC bank and they will deny it, then suggest you come in and finance through them. Intentionally difficult just to squeeze a few extra dollars out of you.
Best dealer in the Chicagoland area hands down. 10/10 would recommend
Leased a Scion tC for a three year term. Turned the vehicle in at the end of the lease in picture perfect condition, fast-forward four months and Saint Charles Toyota is calling me and sending me bills saying that I owe them $350. I was told that when the lease was over I could turn the vehicle in and walk away with no money out of my pocket. Do NOT give these scam artists your money. Shop elsewhere!
