Buyer beware. I purchased a year old car which is still under the 3 yr 36,000 mile warrranty and took it in for an issue and they said there was nothing wrong with it. I took it in again because still having the same issue and they said i was the cause of the problem and wanted to charge me to fix it. They are unwilling to work with you. I called the dealer and still no call back after a week.
Worst car "buying " experience ever. No one seemed to know where the car we wanted was on the lot. First it was sold then it wasn't then it was. We were given a new "product specialist" twice, second of which lost the keys to the test drive vehicle and asked us if we knew where they were. Seriously?! The floor manager was very rude, when it came time to talk numbers he was not personable at all and made us feel like we were wasting his time. Buy air filters at your local auto parts store. These over charge for parts. $55 for a cabin air filter that can be purchased for $15-20 elsewhere.
Steve, Derrick and Bob were awesome to work with. They worked extremely hard to stretch my dollar and put me behind the wheel of my first Toyota. Extra kudos to Bob for taking the time on his day off to make wheels turn and also for coming in to deliver the vehicle. Couldn't be happier.
Very thankful for a kind Service Manager. He listened to my ongoing electrical issue, assured me that I didn't need an expensive repair and told we what part to buy, and how I could replace it myself. My car is now working well.
2 hrs for an oil change after making an appointment that they lost. Everyone that came after me has already left and now ill be late for work. First and last time coming here. Ill drive the extra 20 min to a different dealership
My son went in to purchase a used vehicle and as you would expect the salesman told him what a great vehicle he was purchasing and what a deal he was getting. He was told the vehicle was in great condition. My son took the vehicle to another car dealership where his friend's father is the service manager and gave my son a list of things that needed attention.
