Had a great experience with the service dept. Routine service oil change and tire rotation. staff was friendly and polite.
I took the car to St. Charles Toyota for a recall. They are nice enough to check the car in case you need any other work done then they tell you what you need done and how much it's going to cost for them to do it but they can fit you in right away. How thoughtful. So they tell me that the car needs front brakes and they found an oil leak. Well the brake job was $626 and the new gasket to fix the oil leak was $252. They are nothing but liars and thieves. Their staff is dishonest and criminal. They sell a car and put someone else's name on the title. Don't be fooled that they're legit because they're in St. Charles....

Buyer beware: I purchased a used 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis GS from St. Charles Toyota on September 7, 2016. The finance man put the registration, plates and title in my boyfriend's name. I purchased the vehicle, paid in full with my personal check, and to date have not received the title. I don't know why this happened, but these folks shouldn't be in business. Do NOT take your car here for service. They can't do one thing without screwing up another. My husband and I have both taken our cars in for routine maintenance and BOTH times we had to go back less than a month later to get something else fixed that they either broke or should have noticed on a routine inspection. I will not be doing business there ever again.

I have been hunting for a particular Toyota Sequoia and saw it pop up online. I quick called and found out it was still available. I live 5 hours away so Israel walked me through how to wire money to hold it and got everything squared away. I was nervous wiring money and essentially buying a car sight unseen, but it was a great deal so I took the risk. I'm so glad I did! I rented a car and drove down the next day.
