2 hours (and counting) to get an oil change. It took 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me when I pulled my car up! I had an apointment. When someone finally came over to me, I was told that my car would be ready in an hour... I am still waiting and no one has even come to give me a status update. I thought dealerships were supposed to have better customer service.

I have purchased 2 cars from St. Charles Toyota and have my cars serviced there. My experience of buying cars there and having them serviced there has always been very positive.

I was pleasantly greeted in a clean environment by the service associates at Toyota St. Charles. They had a "can do" attitude, on a Monday Morning. I needed help with a tire, and also needed them replaced and they made time and finished it while I waited, in a timely manner. Price was right too.
