The most informational test drive I have ever taken! Victoria was wonderful. Roger in financing made that process the most comfortable I have ever experienced. And Bob explained every aspect of the car to us before we left. Even programmed my phone and garage door opener! I can’t say enough about this dealership. It’s a bit of a drive for us but we will be doing our service there too.

I bought my first used Toyota from another dealer and wanted to get an oil maintenance. I was trying to figure out if i go to a mechanics place or my local dealer. Well i took a chance and decided to try St Charles Toyota, the meaning you get what you paid for was absolutely correct. They greeted me very professional and very friendly especially being 8am on a Saturday. I will definitely go back for my regular maintenance.
