I was in the market for a used car and I took a look at the vehicles offered on the used car lot. I was buying for a first time driver so I was surprised when they had so many quality choices in the price range that I felt comfortable paying. I will buy from St Charles Toyota again.

Anthony Zummo was amazing! Very easy going and made the process very smooth when I brought my Highlander there.
I made another purchase with St. Charles Toyota a couple of days ago. Everyone here is very Helpful, knowledgeable, informative, and personable. The folks here are also very genuine, courteous and professional with their customer service. I've never had a problem with either servicing my car or trading it in for another. Always a pleasant experience. They go above and beyond to help troubleshoot if there is a problem if there is a problem. These are the reasons why I keep coming back.

I have been a returning customer at St. Charles Toyota -this is my third car from them. I have always found them to be easy going, no pressure sales and last night with Lauryn as my sales person was no different. Roger in the Finance Dept. made the process quick and easy. Personally, I wouldn't go anywhere else. One more-the Service Dept., wonderful staff!

Live 5 minutes away from this dealership and had to drive to Elmhurst Toyota to get a better deal on a trade in. I’m here again today to get my truck’s 5K service since it’s close to home. I asked for a quote on a TRD optional part from their parts department while I’m waiting and they wouldn’t price match a online price or offer some kind of discount, went ahead and called Elgin Toyota and they immediately offered a 10% discount on the phone.
