What does a customer have to do to get a call back? We've left four messages with the Service Department to have a simple repair made and haven't even received a call back.
Worst place for service. They can't put in a radiator without messing it up. I brought in my 2014 Tacoma for some engine repairs. Was estimated to take one day. 5 days later go to pick it up. While driving home all the cab power turns off. Bring it back, and theirs a short in it. It's been a week now and I still don't have my truck .

Great service department. I am happy to always leave with a safe, clean car.
Stephanie Anderson went above and beyond when I last had my RAV4 serviced. She remembered that I have MS and she had my car parked INSIDE when it was finished! That really made my visit a pleasant one!

They took complete advantage of my fiancé when selling her the car. Tried giving us $200 on a trade-in. Should have given us $1000 minimum. My fiancé asked for $500 they came back not even a second later and said deal. Then we head into the finance dept and the guy there walked all over and got her to buy every warranty they had for the electrical parts of the car. Said that 92% of people who buy the electrical warranty make a claim on it. Then why the hell are you selling such faulty cars if 92% of people are having problem... read more

I just want to say what a wonderful experience we had working with St. Charles Toyota.
