My care in urgent care was great, but my overall experience with Ssm is that I'm a number to be dealt with when they have time. Urgent care has seen me more in the past year, because my regular physician is jammed packed and so are her NP's. I've had a long standing heart conditions which causing me extreme anxiety. Every time I go to urgent care I have been told to deal with it. Anytime I call to get an appointment with my primary I'm told I have to wait months to get it ! I'm sorry, but this is just unacceptable.
The staff is awesome. They are always so helpful and very nice to be around.Especially Lindsy and Leah and every one else that is involved with helping me with my ever so fun paracentesis I have done weekly.

We brought my 6 yr old in last night because she was very sick and the ER staff was amazing. They were so nice and helpful and very informative. We just recently changed insurances and have only had experiences with Mercy until last night. I'm so glad we switched because SSM is way friendlier and more welcoming.
I have always been treated with utmost respect and concern.
I had been to the doctor and I found out that the rash I have is actually Eczema don't know how or why I got it I have not done anything different use the same stuff I always use
Dr.Julie Waraksa is absolutely awesome!!!!, she made my daughter feel so comfortable, was very kind and down to earth, we will be seeing her from now on �
