I was scheduled for an arthroscopic surgery on my left knee. From the time I checked in, to the time I was wheeled down to the car, I was treated like a person, not an ailment. Everyone was thorough and compassionate.

I had the most horrifying hospital visit of my life. Not only did they ignore my sobs of pain for 2 hours and not even offer me a Tylenol, they did not do the proper procedures to make make sure this was not an emergency situation. Not only that, but I was blamed for having a cataplexy attack by not only the nurse but also the doctor. They were irritated that I was having symptoms of an unrelated disorder, which is completely out of my control. I could write a novel about my recent experience and STILL not have one bad thing to say. I had an extended stay due to some major complications. The staff on the maternity floor was BEYOND Amazing. I had several nurses I loved during that time Colleen, Keri, Alisha, Teara ... and the list doesn't end there! Along with my OB Dr. Cousino who is wonderful I had several others who partook in my surgery. I can't thank them enough for their fast actions that ultimately saved my life. The nurses and everyone here is great ,they are very good to me here ! They have taken very good care of me here ! A great hospital from the valets, to the receptionist, to the nurses, to the Dr's and the food delivery, just a great hospital and a great staff !
