I just left the emergency room with my best friend and I would have to say they did a great job. The nurse especially was kind and smiled. Nurse if you read this or if someone does who knows the emergency room nurse with the white/blonde hair, tell her to look me up or if it's you reading this let's go out to eat or something. Your pick.

I love St. Mary's, this time the ER dr I had seemed to not have a clue. I have been there 3 times in the last month due to a illness most of what could have been avoided if the dr & PA student didn't mess up a spinal tap. I'm extremely upset that a 1 week illness has turned into a 4 week illness & a hospital stay & not to mention missing a month of work & being self employed that is a killer.

Waited for about 1hr just to get seen for myself. I've had many problems with this hospital. I've been told numerous of times that my son is fine. Come to find out after they did a test that was positive that my son has Bronchitis. I was not a happy mom. Yesterday I came in for an ear infection and sore throat. Thought maybe I got what my son had. Got told I was fine, clearly I wasn't feeling fine. I will try my hardest not to come there unless I need to. I will never go back to this place. Took 3 times to get an IV in. I have inner bruising of the hip and thigh. They sent me home with crutches and thats it. The next day I couldnt sit, stand or walk. I tried to call and talk to soneone and they said we can talk to you, you will need to come back. They are rude, and have no bedside manner. I have never been treated like this at the one in Madison. Sorry to inconvenience you SSM.

Theresa Cirone is a very thourough and compasinate person. She called me at home and left a message. later she called to talk to me personally and make sure I received her mesage. I liked that. Shows she cares about her patients.
