SSM Janesville Hospital does not offer the same hospital services as SSM Madison and once you are admitted you, the patient, can not transfer yourself without the Janesville Hospitalist's (MD) approval. Selfishly they want to keep your money in house and believe narcissistically that they can provide you equal service as Madison. SSM Janesville is little more than an Urgent Care with beds. This place is a joke. I don't understand how the city that the hospital is in can make such a difference. You guys suck! I can't believe you haven't been shut down yet! Take notes from the Madison location. How the fuck is it OK to have a parent sign discharge papers before you tell them what's wrong with their child? And how can you prescribe medicine not knowing if the child really needs it or not? If it was possible I'd give the ER a -10 so far and I haven't even left the waiting room yet been over 11/2 hours. From now on even if I'm having a heart attack I'll drive up to Uw Madison
