Why is it so hard to pay my health insurance premium? There is supposedly someone at St Marys Janesville to take payments. But not today. After loosing multiple dozens of minutes with customer no service on the phone I still do not have an answer to the question I started with. Supervisor John says there should be someone there tomorrow, but there are no guarantees he said. This would be a negative 5 stars rating. SSM Health you are a big corporation you should be able to figure this out .👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Recommendedso last night my grandma was brought here not doing well at all. a nurse by the name of Heather Jones went above and beyond to help my grandma. unfortunately my grandma passed away 😢 but Heather gave me her personal lipstick to use on my grandma so she could enter heaven looking beautiful as ever. now to most this is nothing big but if u knew my grandma she always had lipstick on so this meant the world to me and my family ❤️. Thank you Heather!
40 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Last 4 appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled with no reason. Just went to confirm my final appointment-which is scheduling an induction date because I was due days ago-cancelled with no reason, no call, no email. Ridiculous. Just absolutely ridiculous.

I was recently admitted for a broken hip. Every one from the emergency room to housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating. My 3rd floor nurse DiAnn was so caring and informative and went out of her way to ensure my comfort , not just pain wise but she also helped ease my fears before and after my surgery. Dr. Brian Keyes and his surgical team were also very friendly, informative and honest about my procedure. And really genuinely cared about and listened to my concerns. I had a total knee replacement in September performed by Dr Ali assisted by the robotic arm. It was a life changing experience after years of pain. I can't say enough good about Dr Ali and his staff. Robin and the steady stride girls. Brittany and Danielle with the ot and pt, and Casey with physical therapy after surgery. Thank you to all and looking forward to getting my other total knee replacement in September of this year.
