My wife and I have a retirement home in Ludington and have talked about taking the ferry to WI. for 5 years. We did so in October this year then drove to the UP for a fall color tour and had a great time. We will take the Badger once a year from now on as we are moving there in January of 2019. In fact I would like to work for the Ferry line part time once I retire, as of today that is in 397 days. Update...I'm RETIRED!!!
Positive experience, exceeded expectations. First time traveler, learned not to walk around so much and eat... glad there were puke buckets provided. Trip back was much better as I sat and forewent the food. No need for the bucket! Will use this fun mode of transportation again.
Took the Badger back to WI along with 7 other bikers and a CJ Jeep. First time and much fun with MC loading process as you must drive on and secure your own bikes. All the comforts on board a big surprise, was just expecting a fun ride. Surprisingly fast to board in MI and unload in WI. Very smooth and enjoyable experience. Badger Website is very helpful, makes reservations easy and reduces any surprises for a group ride. THANKS BADGER
