we sailed from ludington to maniitowoc with our car on board and had a wonderful time. not having to drive through the traffic in chicago was great on our trip from atlanta to minnesota. there is always something to do on board. bill carlson , duluth,mn
I take the maiden voyage every year and some years ride the Badger more often during the year. Very relaxing for me and of course I have to visit the gift shop. Usually get a breakfast roll and coffee and go to my stateroom. A little something for everyone.
Been using this for years, I enjoy the trip across & much less stressful than driving around the Lake. Also a much better ride than the "Muskegon vomit comet" !
I drive from Minnesota to Michigan to see my grandson. After driving across Wisconsin, it is so relaxing to sit back on the SS Badger and talk with other travelers. Thank you so much for your service. 😀

We have been taking the Badger across Lake Michigan for the past 6 years and have always had a great experience! I only wish it ran longer.
Without the Badger I wouldn’t be able to see my daughter in Minnesota as often as I do. It cuts off hours of driving time and provides me with a safe stressless ride.
Love this ship! Take it every year to go to the UP of Michigan to see my kids! Such friendly people taking good care of everyone! Like the new additions in 2017, looking forward to sailing again this summer!
