we had an appointment at 12:30 ( Saturday 18,2017) said hello to everyone thats how can i help you after telling her, him what we are looking for ans we had an appointment THEY, KEPT PASSING US BY MAYBE IT WAS CAUSE WE HAD ON WORKN CLOTHES AND LOOK TIRED THAT DIDNT GIVE US ANY OTHER HELP SO I WENT AND BOUGHT A CHEVY EQUINOX FROM DOWN THE WAY THEY LOST AND ANOTHER DEALERS GAIN.
Went there for a recall, sat there for 4 hrs. They came back with all kinds of problems with my. 14 yrs old car.
Well I've been reading the reviews on Springfield mitsubishi some was bad and some was good as for me I had a great experience doing business with them I brought my first SUV Outlander 2015 from them in June 2015 and my sales person was John and he was very nice and very efficient and I just purchased my second SUV from them with the trading for my old one yesterday so now I have a 2016 Outlander and my sale person was Dana and she was very nice and very efficient and anytime I had to take my car in for service I didn't have... read more
I was very pleased. The waiting area is clean. There is ample, comfy seating and free coffee as a bonus. I bought my car in Cherry Hill, but I will be returning here for maintenance.
FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO BUY YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had I regret buying my car. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
