I scheduled my appointment for service due to a recall and was given the time of 3:00 on Friday 11/3 by a person named Joe. I was assured that she it would take 1/2 hour. I arrived at 2:55 and was told that my time was for 1:00p. I told the service guy (Ernesto) that I was given a 3pm time. He looked at me skeptically ( as if I was lying) . I went to Springfield Mitsubishi yesterday to upgrade my Mitsubishi Outlander and I came home with a car that I love �!!! I want to thank my agent, who I spent most of the day, with his hard work and dedication to his job to get me the car that I wanted. Even with the major hiccup with the insurance, I was still able to drive off the lot with my car!!! The men and women at Springfield Mitsubishi made my experience bearable. I’m happy with my car!!!
