DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM Auto World USA INC. in Bedford Ohio, they are a rip off. I bought a 2013 Audi RS5 from them 1 month ago and there was a misfire on cylinder 8, 3 weeks into owning it, come to find out there is no compression on this cylinder this is not good. This requires a shop to take apart the engine and replace engine parts In the vehicle this is not a cheap fix. RecommendedMy first experience with this car dealership was an amazing one! When I called, Caitlin from the service department, was super sweet and definitely took pride and care in her job and was extra thorough in helping me. She even saw that my situation was an emergency and got me an appointment sooner than expected. I jokingly told her that I wasn’t used to people being so nice LOL Everyone there seemed so courteous and professional and kind. For a first experience, I was very pleased.

very unprofessional!!! they will lie to you in a heart beat. Just to get a sale! business is business i understand but no need to lie to your "customers!"
Sneaky and dishonest!!! The people at this dealership, lied to us and made promises they had no intention of keeping. Do NOT trust them. When the sales manager and finance manager would not return a call, we should have run. Lesson learned the hard way. Their "for the people" advertising is b.s. They only hurt your credit further. Buyer beware!!!!
