Today my leased 2017 Outlander started shaking & the “Service Engine Soon” light came on while I was delivering Express mail for the USPS. I managed to make it back to my office in Richmond to call & see if you’d be able to take a look at it. I was informed that there was an opening tomorrow at 11am. RecommendedAfter trying to deal with another dealership and getting no straight answers and run around customer service I went to high point mitsubishi and was greeted by Maya. she was wonderful, great customer service, straight forward answers about pricing and financing. couldn't ask for a better experience being a first time car buyer!! thank you so much Maya!!!
Their customer experience is horrible. They don't know their cars and pricing. They should learn from South Jordan Mitsubishi.
Recommendedmy transmission went out and it was still under warranty. I called Boardman and brought it in and they replaced with no questions! their service department is great, timely and friendly! I live in and bought my car in PA and all Mitsubishi dealers are approximately the same distance away.....I've been to them, but Boardman Mitsubishi is far above the rest!
