terrible customer service and huge lack of communication, got pre approved to buy a vehicle and scheduled an appointment with them to view it and half way through my 2.5 hour drive they decide to tell me it was no longer available. Talked to them right before I had my credit ran for a loan to confirm I was still good to see the vehicle. Basically all they had to say was sorry your SOL.
