2016 Mazda 3 I was pleased with the service at Spreen Mazda. The work was of good quality. There were 2 occasions when I left messages for the service department. Those messages calls were not returned.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! We promised time frames that weren't accurate, There were employees talking about personal life while customers are waiting. Emily, the rep who helped us, signed me up for something without my consent and I was never informed on what it was. Oil & Coolant Change It has been some time since I flushed the fluids in my car the service manager Brian helped me get my car worked on with fresh fluids. The service was prompt, friendly & easy to deal with.
It was just ok Bought a 2019 CX3, which I secured pricing through TruCar. When I got there, they of course tried to Jack the price up. This was annoying, since I had driven 50 miles to get there. That being said, the worst part was the misinformation. The salesman assured me that it was fully equipped with Android Auto, which I learned when I got home that it was not. Attentive And Not Too Aggressive Our sales representative, Jesus Ponce, was nice and attentive and quite helpful. He has a good sense of humor. It was a pleasant experience with him. LIkewise, the financial person, Julianna Lichtenstern (got to love that last name), was nice and attentive. And she had a good sense of humor, too. The only negative is the process of buying (or leasing) a car takes entirely too much time. And we really didn't try to negotiate that much on price.

An Awesome Sales Person Tracey, the sales representative, was simply awesome. I called Spreen Mazda late one night and thankfully Tracey picked up. She was was able to relate to me on every aspect. I was in the market for a new Mazda 6 and I can say without a doubt that she was the reason why I bought my new Mazda from Spreen Mazda and not from the surrounding dealerships.
