Mazda6 75k Great service. Didn’t give 5 only because I didn’t get the stricker with info for my next service and that is important to me.
Great Service Staff but 1 star for Maintenance. The Service Staff at Spreen Mazda is GREAT! The maintenance suggestions on my wifes CX-9 in unreal and really makes no since on such an Awesome vehicle with such low miles. After this last visit I'm really trying to talk my wife into a New Vehicle. If we need to spend an extra $1000 every 30,000 miles we should have a Mercedes or BMW not a mazda. Great Service, Efficient, Professional, and helpful I called to make an appointment for my Mazda 6 , and the young lady you took my call was very helpful and courteous. I arrived at the appointed time 10 am, Phillip greeted me and checked me in with ease. He told me approximately when my car would be ready. He called to tell me it was done. I was very impressed with the Honesty and Professional treatment I received. Thank You
Great Service Brian Rhodes and the rest of the team goes out of there way to make sure all my Service needs with my car as well as my mother’s car are perfect!! We would not even consider going anywhere else !!! Highly recommend !!!

Always a Pleasure I always take my 6 to Spreen Mazda when it’s time for service because I know the work will be done correctly, at a reasonable price, and the customer service is always top notch. No complaints at all.
Just one thing Overall the service was great, was met right outside first. I had set an appointment and they were ready and expecting me. My ONLY comment was that I was not notified when the service was done. I had to call and ask. The person I worked with was apologetic and concerned, but since I was under a time crunch it would have been nice to be notified as soon as it was ready. Just a thought perhaps through my mobile app or something like that too would be nice to know the service is done and ready for pick up. Or if ... read more
