Dissatisifed with Sales service First I'll start with the Good. We took our first test drive of a CX-9 and CX-5 with Gabe. That was a great experieince. We were not ready to buy that day yet, but he did an excellent job in demonstrating the cars and treating us very well. He explained that he was a Sales rep for Vets, and did not pressure us into anything since he knew we didn't know what we wanted yet, which made us want to come back. Great customer service I've never had a problem coming here. I've never been pressured to do certain things to my car if I didnt want to do them. They always suggest certain things, but never make me feel bad for not doing it. I always take my car to Philip and hes always been helpful and honest
New car They were all amazing and great customer service, I felt comfortable and they always checked up on me. At first it wasn’t working out but we came to a second option which I also like. Gavin and Danny were awesome in service and gave me the best deal possible.
Pleasant Went in due to a recall on my Miata, and an oil change. It was quick and a very pleasant experience. Phillip was on top of everything and explained what was going to happen before work started. He then went over what maybe needed in the future. I like my “Report Card”. No pressure to have work done that is not needed. I will trust my Miata is in good hands. Thank you

routine maintenance I always like coming here because of William (Bill). He's always so friendly and accommodating, he works really hard and makes you feel appreciated. Bill is always honest with the service and what I may or may not need done. Other employees are courteous there as well.
Oil change. They are very efficient and fast for my oil change. I always leave satisfied and I trust them with my vehicle. If you ever need work done on your vehicle I would recommend Brian.
