Amazing Customer Service Bill is amazing! I went in with my car having issues due to the plug being stripped to my oil pan - due from another local business. Bill and the other mechanic (I wish I remembered his name) were so thoughtful in giving me options about what do next with my car instead of upselling me.
Oil change Staff is always friendly and helpful. Phillip Guest is always polite and makes sure to go over every detail with me at completion of work and answers all my questions.
Fast, Efficient, Friendly Service Once again the Spreen service center did a great job taking care of my Mazda3. Finished a full thirty minutes before promised and they included an estimate and part order for a broken door handle. Philip Guest always displays awesome customer service with his cordial and knowledgeable greeting. We will continue to visit the Spreen Mazda Service Center for all of the work on our three Mazdas.
Great Service As always, I am treated as a valued customer! I took my vehicle in due to a recall on the wipers module, they not only replaced the module, but also checked out the rest of the vehicle and gave it a thumbs up. They also washed our vehicle. Thank you for your service.
Oil change & tire rotation I always get great service from Phillip and his service staff everything is done in a timely matter from me to sending Phil a email for appointment to getting the vehicle serviced.
Sad that I could not buy out my leased car I had to down size my CX5 for a 2018 Mazda 3 to be able to afford my car payment. The rules of getting a loan are different from getting a new car vs buying out a leased car. The team was cheerful and helpful. Tracy Vong was compassionate, and really went out of her way to make me feel better about this new car I was getting, making the extra effort of having my car detailed and waxed.

Glad that I contacted them through TrueCar. After getting screwed around by four different Chevrolet dealers I decided to look at the Mazda CX-9. I knew nothing about them to start with. So glad that I checked into the Mazda because they are such a superior built car and this dealer give me $5,496 off of MSRP. The car works great and has a lot of new technology.
