Recall The service for the recall was handled expediently especially through an appointment. Service personnel even remembered my name.. Appreciate the donuts and water and television,.
Would not recommend I brought my car in twice within a month to diagnose the same issue. Each time, they gave me a different reason as to why the car behaved the way it did. After the 2nd visit and receiving a “hard to believe” explanation of the diagnosis, the issue started up again literally a half mile after leaving the dealer and I had to call triple A to tow me 50 miles home. the service employee who helped me was very nice, but I don’t think the technician knew what they were doing or what they were looking for. Great service Great customer service! Very friendly. Remembered my name. Fast service. Nice coffee and snacks in waiting area. Explained findings and recommendations without hard sales push. Offered better discount than the coupon I had.
Very helpful The Mazda team worked with me, they were able to adjust their payment plan. At the end I was happy with a new car and a good monthly payment plan.
Spreen Staff The sales person (Danny) and the sales manager and the finance fellow were all very helpful and easy to work with. They delivered the car at the advertised price with trying to pressure us in to a bunch of add ons. Very pleased with the dealership.
Thorough, friendly and fast They check out the entire car, don't recommend repairs I don't need, and have a nice clean waiting room with free snacks. They also are willing to answer any questions I have about repairs or other issues with my car.
