Nice customer service. The salesman was pretty stuck on what I needed as oppose to working with what I can afford. I know what I needed, and I know they’re able to work with me or anyone. But he didn’t give me a chance to even work with my price. I obviously gave him a low number and he said no way & began point to other directions rather than trying to meet half way.
The dealer was prompt on communication, they just need to look at the initial request that are sent in by consumers to respond appropriately, vs. automated responses.
I made an appointment to see a car that was advertised and was prepared to purchase it. I was assured the the car would be cleaned and prepped and brought up front I arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule, after an hour and a half ride to get there. The sales person I communicated with and set up the appt., was gone and I dealt with someone else. The car was not ready when I got there. Excellent experience. They were more helpful than anything...no high pressure selling whatsoever!
Set an appointment 3 days in advance. Four phone calls and four text messages from the dealer confirming the appointment. Showed up and they did not have the car. They lent it to a service tech for a week. Waste of my time! Go to another dealer for your next car!

Made inquiries and received an instant response. The listing was accurate and the staff was very accommodating. The whole process was very simple and stress free. Of particular note, discovered an issue a couple of days later. They immediately took care of the problem in a timely manner which really impressed me. It was a positively rewarding experience for me and would absolutely recommend this dealership.
