Made an offer with a fair price which other dealers were selling the car for. Wasted 2 hrs back and forth on phone with calls every 15-20 mins and then came back saying " We cant match". Just tell me that at the beginning. Don't waste peoples time.
Scam dealer!!! Drove 1 hour to buy the van. Spoke to the sales girl 1 hour before arrival. Got there..."sorry...it's been sold"!

Spreen Acura of Riverside has a great team. My process began with online quote on Sunday 12/30/2018 for a 2019 MDX. I talked my wife into looking at a 2019 RDX, just to show the new design. Kanoa helped me from by allowing me to take home both vehicles mentioned to my house. My wife was unable to come to the dealership and I was only a mile away from the dealer. Responsive first round sales person.
spoke to two people and couldn't get them to sell me the car. someone followed up the next day and was not perturbed when i mentioned the lack of urgency.
Nice customer service. The salesman was pretty stuck on what I needed as oppose to working with what I can afford. I know what I needed, and I know they’re able to work with me or anyone. But he didn’t give me a chance to even work with my price. I obviously gave him a low number and he said no way & began point to other directions rather than trying to meet half way.
Great experience, every thing went very smooth, Omar and Britney are amazing they answered all the questions , omar did the best he could to does to get us the best price , Britney explained all features the car has in details making sure we get the best out of our car Thanks so much
