Bait and switch. Drove 45 mins to see a car they said was still available but instead sold weeks ago. Waste of time. Shady. Zero stars.

Adam was responsive to my questions and sent me a video of the exterior and interior. Unfortunately for us, the vehicle sold before we could get to the dealership.
I live in California and have been looking for a certain car. Luckily i was able to find one at Butler Acura in Ashland. Ed gave me a call back, he has been so professional and helpful throughout this whole process. If your going into Butler be sure to ask for Ed, he’ll make you very comfortable and you’ll feel more like a good friend than just a client.
Great very responsive staff.
