The experience was mostly disappointing. The vehicle was dirty & not ready to be test driven but the associate wanted me to look past the excessive build up of pet hair, and filthy condition so I ended up not not willing to test drive the vehicle. The dealer did followup afterwards & apologized for the lack of professional on the associates part. She assured the vehicle would be cleaned & ready to test drive & she would call me to schedule another test drive...I have yet to receive that call.. I will say that the price was d... read more

Dealer responded immediately that the car was no longer available, and I received a similar website notification with a very short delay. Dealer is marketing more expensive, newer vehicles from inventory. We'll continue shopping, while strongly considering ordering a used car from out of state.
