They were very friendly and helpful
Over all good customer service. We made an appointment to come in to look at a used car. Upon arrival we were greeted and assisted by a rep. The rep was courteous but not knowledgeable about the car or specs. The sale was completed faster that I expected. Overall good dealer.

The experience was mostly disappointing. The vehicle was dirty & not ready to be test driven but the associate wanted me to look past the excessive build up of pet hair, and filthy condition so I ended up not not willing to test drive the vehicle. The dealer did followup afterwards & apologized for the lack of professional on the associates part. She assured the vehicle would be cleaned & ready to test drive & she would call me to schedule another test drive...I have yet to receive that call.. I will say that the price was d... read more
