Great experience. Quick and painless.
Unprofessional! When we went to test drive, car was very dirty and there was trash in the back seat on the floor. Sales Manager Ryan Moody was very rude and unprofessional through email. Tried to price negotiate over email. When we went in, we were told someone would get back to us the next day, to see if we could get an appointment for vehicle inspection. They didn’t. Sales woman was nice and attentive but manager was extremely rude when I said I would look at cheaper options because the estimated payment they showed me was just not within my budget. What was I supposed to do? Get a monthly payment that I couldn't afford just to please this manager?
