TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We drove 3 hours to test drive a 2015 Acura MDX that McGrath confirmed multiple times was available—including during a call while we were on the road to our appointment to test drive. When we arrived, we were told the vehicle couldn’t be found. The dealership is nice (clean bathrooms, free water, etc), and the staff is friendly. However, I looked at two vans there. Both vans I called ahead to see. For the 1st van, I had an appointment, which I scheduled about 4 days in advance. They brought the van around, and I was shocked to find it filthy! It hadn't been cleaned at all.
