Worst car buying experience ever! Mackenzie in financing provided the worst customer service by making the experience difficult and uncomfortable as possible by making rude and disrespectful remarks. This was a cash purchase and there was no need for financing, so why the manager sent us to be mistreated by Mackenzie was necessary. Everyone was wonderful----helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to answer my questions and to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. The best experience I have ever had with a car dealership.
I like in Lakewood, CA but drove all the way to Riverside to get my car from Acura of Riverside. They had a great price on the car I wanted. I worked with Ron and he was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and made the whole experience quick and easy. Highly recommended.
Drove over 40 miles and the sales was not knowledgeable but the worst was that the car had many issues and sales admitted the new GM was cutting back and not fixing used vehicles . What a joke!
Tony and Ron are the best kind of people, honest and straight to the point. My wife and I received a fair deal and treated very well by them.
