I have never in my life had a Corporation that what I see from the outside works as smooth as it does. I have ordered several things from Sporty's Pilot Shop and I always received the item that I ordered earlier than what I expect. I ordered their flight bag with the embroidery on it of a picture and two lines. I cannot believe from the day that I ordered it I received it in three days. Normally when you order something from a company that has to have embroidery or artwork to it, I've known it to take 6 to 8 weeks. Way to go... read more
Just purchased my first headset and some other items, paid for two day shipping and they arrived in just over a day! Extremely happy with the service.

Very Impressed with Customer Service Rep and outcome of my call today!! A PTS book I had ordered earlier this month starting coming apart at the binding (no fault of Sporty's). I was concerned that I would not be able to return it since I had already marked all over it. Once I explained the situation, gave her my order #, and before I could even request an exchange, she was already verifying ny address and sending out a replacement! Always helpful and well stocked. Flew in once with a Beech 18, the owner came out and gave us a full tour. I was impressed with the behind the scenes quality , his commitment to hiring and training High School kids ! Customer service is what you would want. My last order was called in at 4 and ready for pick up in the am, with custom engraving.
